Yeah that's right, I got instant pho in a graphics card box, no I haven't tried it yet. This is not a blog post about how it tastes or how good it is, just look at how cool that looks. I am excited to try it though, so I guess I can come back and edit this post later....

Actually let's go in on this idea, You already know what pho is, it definitely does not need an introduction. That deeply seasoned broth, fragrant enough to get your mouth watering is the stuff that makes you remember that you love noodles, because you know when you haven't had it in a while, you forgot you love it. And that's just the broth, those chewy noodles, tender beef slices cooked right in your bowl, and the freshness from the bright herbs, that's why pho is all I could ever ask for. (other than the girl I simp for, but that's a lost cause.)
I've had a lot of pho in my life, even when its bad, its still really good, so yeah I'll come back and give my thoughts.
